Polypropylene Soakwells
Drain 50% quicker than concrete soakwells, as they have 65% more drainage capabilities. They can take 11.4T per m2, making them a very strong and trafficable product.
Old Soakwells will fail eventually.
With the weather continuously changing. The existing soakwells won't be able to handle the big volumes that is getting more frequently asked of them.

With this product, you can make them as big as required to handle the volume of water that will be coming into the soakwell.
Pipework
Once the soakwell cells are in, all pipework from the downpipes can be directed straight into the cell, so that the water can flow from the roof, and into the ground where it can naturally soak into the water table.
Channel Drain
Channel drains are installed in strips to catch as much surface water running that way. they are a brilliant way of stopping water going into undercover areas where there is a slope falling to it e.g., garage or alfresco.
